Fruit Cube

Build a bright fruit platter with fortresses of fruit cubes.

1 pitaya

2 kiwi

1 watermelon

Half melon

2 tbsp plain yogurt

Mint leaves for garnish


Directions

Step 1

Peel and cut all fruits into same cubes.

Step 2

Stack the fruit cubes to make a large cube.

Step 3

Add yogurt and garnish with mint leaves.

Ready to serve.
